Fees

I am currently accepting new clients.

I currently accept Aetna, Providence and Moda insurance.

I also accept out of pocket or cash pay and can provide a superbill for out of network insurance reimbursement.

The relationship between a therapist and client is very important, as such I offer a FREE 20 minute consultation to see if it will be a good fit for us to work together.

Insurance Fees

  • Initial intake assessment appointment- $200
  • 45 minute session- $150
  • 60 minute session- $180

While I don’t offer myself as a expert witness in court, if subpoenaed I charge $750 per day for court appearances

Out of pocket/Sliding Scale Fees

If finances are a struggle I also offer a few sliding scale spots for out of pocket payments.

  • Full rate-$150 per session
  • Middle rate – $100 per session
  • Minimum rate- $80 per session

As of January 2022, medical and mental health care providers are required to give clients who are not using insurance for their care an estimate of the amount they should expect to pay for services. If you are paying for services without insurance, you will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of your care. If you receive a bill that is $400 over your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute it. I will provide you with a copy of your Good Faith Estimate, and will keep a copy in your secure client file.
